R.V.Model- a school known for its discipline and dedication, make its students all rounder to face challenges of life. The school is affiliated to the P.S.E.B upto senior secondary level. The school is having English, Hindi and Punjabi medium of instruction for students.. This school came into existence in the year 1999. In 2012 school also got affiliation of 10th and 12th of Punjab Open School from P.S.E.B . Now the school is successfully running classes IX, X, XI and XII (Arts & Commerce).
The aim of the school is to provide value education to the students so that they can become responsible citizens in future.
We are concerned with the excellent academic performance of students. Our Board results speak about itself. We have well experienced and well qualified staff members who are always ready to prepare students not only for board examination but also for various competitive examinations. The school was started in the year 1999 and since then students are given ample opportunities to create, learn and explore new horizons.
The school awards Smt. Dhan Devi Sofat Scholarship of Rs.200/- per month for one year to brilliant students in XI regularly who get 80% marks in P.S.E.B and those who get 85% marks get Mrs. Kusum Sofat Scholarship of Rs.300/- for one year.
National level:- Winners at national level will be given Hitesh Sofat Scholarship award for sports of Rs.200/- per month for one year.
State level:- Gold medal bearers will be given Hitesh sofat Scholarship award for sports of Rs.100/- Per month for one year.
